Toyota Motor North America, Inc. along with its subsidiaries and affiliates (“Toyota,” “we,” “us,” “our”.) is committed to maintaining your confidence and trust as it relates to the privacy of your Personal Information (as defined below), so we have established the following privacy statement (“Privacy Statement”). This Privacy Statement describes how Toyota will collect, use, share and store your Personal Information, including information we collect in connection with your use of our website at toyotasupplier.com and its web pages, interactive features, and applications (collectively, the “Website”).
The Website is intended for use by our suppliers, service providers, vendors and their employees (“Toyota Suppliers”) and is not intended for Toyota consumers.

1. INFORMATION WE COLLECT

Usage Information. Whenever you visit or interact with the Website, we, as well as any third-party service providers, may use a variety of technologies that automatically or passively collect information about how the Website is accessed and used (“Usage Information”). This information helps us maintain and improve our Website. Usage Information is generally non- identifying, but if Toyota associates it with you as a specific and identifiable person, Toyota treats it as Personal Information.
Device Identifier. We automatically collect your IP address or other unique identifier (“Device Identifier”) for the computer, mobile phone, tablet or other device (“Device”) you use to access the Website. A Device Identifier is a number that is assigned to your Device when you access a website or its servers, and our computers identify your Device by its Device Identifier. We, and our third-party service providers and business partners may use a Device Identifier to, among other things, administer the Website; help diagnose problems with our servers; analyze trends; and track users’ web page movements over time.
Cookies; Pixel Tags. The technologies used on the Website to collect Usage Information, including Device Identifiers, include but are not limited to: cookies (data files placed on a Device when it is used to visit the Website), mobile analytics software and pixel tags (transparent graphic images, sometimes called web beacons or tracking beacons, placed on a web page or in an email, which indicates that a page or email has been viewed). Third Parties Providing Services On Our Behalf: We may share your Personal Information with third parties that perform functions on our behalf, such as service providers and business partners to assist us in administering a Toyota program, event, or promotion; and service providers that host or operate our Website and analyze data.

5. NO SALE OF PERSONAL INFORMATION
Toyota does not sell your Personal Information to non-affiliated third parties (including for their own direct marketing purposes) without your consent. In addition, Toyota has not sold your Personal Information to non- affiliated third parties in the last 12 months. If you are entitled to any disclosure rights in your jurisdiction regarding our sale of your Personal Information to non-affiliated third parties or our disclosure of your Personal Information to third parties for their own direct marketing purposes, this disclosure satisfies those requirements. 6. OPTING-OUT

8. CHILDREN
The Website is not directed to children under the age of 13. Toyota does not knowingly collect, use or disclose Personal Information from anyone under 13 years of age. If we determine upon collection that a user is under this age, we will not use or maintain his/her Personal Information without the parent/guardian's consent. If we become aware that we have unknowingly collected Personal Information from a child under the age of 13, we will make reasonable efforts to delete such information from our records.
9. SECURITY OF YOUR INFORMATION
We take information security seriously and use certain reasonable security measures to help protect your Personal Information.
